Survivor takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience. Survivor stands behind its products with the following warranties:

Products	All Products purchased from getsurvivor.com.	For the following products purchased from Griffintechnology.com or an authorized reseller; All Mobile and Tablet Cases manufactured prior to Sept 2019.	For the following products purchased from griffintechnology.com/survivor, getsurvivor.com or an authorized reseller: Survivor Clear, Survivor Strong, Survivor Endurance, Survivor Extreme.
Warranty period	30 days from the original date of purchase.	365 days from the original date of purchase shown on your required proof of purchase.	Lifetime of product*.
Policy and Warranty Applicability	Products purchased by the original purchaser from getsurvivor.com.	Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended.	Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended.
Exclusions	Products not purchased from getsurvivor.com must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase. * Guaranteed for Life Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other Individual. Survivor has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this warranty to be five (5) years from the original date of purchase of the product from an authorized reseller. **A restocking fee will be charged when products are returned due to incompatibility OR purchaser changing their mind. This fee is calculated as up to 20% of the total value of the products purchased. Please make sure to read the product description fully before placing your order. Ensuring that the correct product is ordered is the customer's responsibility. All product returns are at the purchaser’s expense. Please let us know if you need us to provide a return label. The cost of shipping with a label provided by Vinci Brands will be charged to the purchaser in addition to the restocking fee.

Survivor Warranties

Over time products are subject to normal wear and tear and may become obsolete due to advances in technology, therefore, our warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damage to any non-Survivor product used in connection with a Survivor product. Survivor warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship and will replace a product if the product does not perform as intended due to such defect. Our warranties do not extend to instances where the product is damaged through use for which it was not intended, such as misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration.

Guaranteed for Life warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other individual. Considering the foregoing, Survivor has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this warranty is as follows:

Authorized Resellers

Survivor warranties only apply to product purchased from Survivor.com or a valid Survivor reseller, including but not limited to, Verizon, Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, and Survivor’s Amazon store. Unauthorized resellers include but are not limited to, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Dollar Store, 5 Below, 3rd party Amazon seller, eBay, and other similar “deal” resellers.

Survivor Products and Consumer Law Rights

Consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, Survivor’s warranties are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.

Replacement Product

• Survivor’s Limited and Guaranteed For Life warranties are covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement or up to one year from the original date of purchase, whichever is longer

• Replacement products are subject to applicable shipping and handles fees.

• All warranty claims outside of the U.S. will be honored with a store credit of equal value to the purchase price. The store credit must be used within ninety (90) days of issuance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL SURVIVOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT, OR THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF, EVEN IF SURVIVOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. SURVIVOR’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER, IF ANY, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THEREFORE, SECTIONS OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES INCONSISTENT, OR IN ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY ARE UNAUTHORIZED AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING UPON SURVIVOR.
